These stainless steel anal speculum are designed for anal or vaginal spreading. We sell them for novelty and they should only be used be those who know how to use them. Careless use can result in damage to the person they are used on. Each speculum once opened can be held open with the adjustment of a locking screw. The small two prong speculum is 3/4" in diameter when closed and 1-3/4" when fully opened. The large three prong speculum is 3/4" diameter when closed and 2-1/2" when fully opened.
